Here you need to record what you are doing. For example, Manicure and nail art
In this area you need to record what units you are being assessed for.
Remember, you do not have to as assessed for everything you are doing.
For example, you may be doing a manicure and nail art but you can just request to be assessed for nail art part of the service.
The time you begin the treatment. You need to record the time for EACH treatment you are carrying out. For example, if you were carrying out a manicure and nail art you must remember to record the time you start your manicure and the time you start your nail art
The time you finish the treatment. You need to record the time for EACH treatment you are carrying out. For example, if you were carrying out a manicure and nail art you must remember to record the time you finish your manicure and the time you finish your nail art.
You also need to make sure you let the assessor know you have finished so they can record the start time too.

In this section you need to record what skin type your client has.
Normal: Even skin tone and texture, skin feels soft, firm to touch
Oily: Shiny, Spots (pustules), Blackheads (comedones), large pores, wet/sticky surface.
Dry: Flaky patches, dull, feels tight, small pores, fine lines
Combination: Oily T-zone, usually dry cheeks
In this area you need to record specifically what products you have used. For example, Soothing cleanser, Soothing toner, Ultra soothing moisturiser.
Remember, you might use more than 1 type of cleanser
